Airport Arrivals

What if there is a problem while we are away?
Call our office and we will make any adjustments necessary to your booking and offer as much support as we can.
Where will you meet us when we get back?
Your driver will meet you at Arrivals. We will have your mobile number, and be in touch with you as soon as you arrive, in order to co-ordinate where we will be waiting.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, we will be there waiting for you and ready to take you home in comfort.
Do you charge waiting time at airports?
Airport return journeys carry an additional £4 for parking (For the first half hour).
How do I book an airport Arrival transfer?
You can book by phone to check the availability or fill in the request form on this website. We will confirm rates and details with you.

Booking & Payment

Can I book in advance?
Yes – We are happy to take advance bookings for long or short journeys.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit or debit cards. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
Can I open a business account with you?

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Prices for all our services are quoted per vehicle and not per person.

General Questions

Is smoking permitted in any of the vehicles?
In compliance with England’s smoking ban all vehicles are strictly non smoking.
Are your chauffeurs licensed?
  • We are Licensed with West Berkshire Council. Our office is Operator Licensed and our vehicles are subject to Private Hire vehicle inspections.
  • We are fully insured with public liability insurance.
  • For peace of mind and for our clients all our drivers have been Disclosure Checked (formerly known as a CRB Check)

Do You Just Cover West Berkshire?
No, we are based within West Berkshire but regularly travel to Oxfordshire, London, Hampshire and Wiltshire, Bristol and Southampton and we regularly provide transfers to customers throughout the UK.
